These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the utstrees.ca website and the tree care services provided by Unparalleled Tree Service, based in Ajax, Ontario. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Unparalleled Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, tree health care, fertilization, line clearing, tree planting, and emergency response across Ajax, Ontario and the Durham Region. All services are performed by ISA Certified and fully insured Utility Arborists.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if on-site conditions differ materially from the information provided. All quotes are free and no-obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a job is scheduled, we ask for reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours) if you need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or equipment issues. We will notify you as soon as possible of any such changes.

4. Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Please remove vehicles, pets, furniture, and other obstacles before scheduled work begins. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other underground infrastructure not identified prior to work commencing.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. For larger projects, a deposit may be required. Unpaid balances may be subject to interest charges.

6. Liability

Unparalleled Tree Service carries full liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We take every reasonable precaution to protect your property. However, tree work inherently involves some risk. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions in the tree or property (such as rot, decay, hidden defects, or subsurface hazards) that could not reasonably have been identified prior to work commencing.

7. Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise agreed, we will clean up and remove all debris generated by our work. Wood chips and logs may be left on site at your request. We are not responsible for cleanup of pre-existing debris on the property.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on this site. Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Unparalleled Tree Service or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
